By using QuikClip, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Purpose of QuikClip

QuikClip provides tools for processing supported public media links and creating downloadable video or audio files.

QuikClip is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Facebook, Meta, or other third-party media platforms.

2. Authorized Use Only

You may use QuikClip only to download or process content that:

• You own
• You created
• You have permission from the copyright owner to save
• Is licensed for downloading or reuse
• You are otherwise legally authorized to access and download

You are responsible for determining whether you have the legal right to download or use particular content.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use QuikClip to:

• Infringe copyrights or other intellectual-property rights
• Access private, restricted, paywalled, or unauthorized content
• Bypass digital rights management or technical access controls
• Distribute copyrighted material without authorization
• Engage in unlawful activity
• Attack, overload, scrape, or abuse QuikClip's infrastructure
• Use automated systems that interfere with normal operation of the service

4. Third-Party Platforms

Content processed through QuikClip may originate from third-party websites. Those websites have their own terms, policies, and technical restrictions. You are responsible for complying with the rules applicable to the source platform.

QuikClip does not guarantee that any particular platform, website, URL, video, or media format will remain supported.

5. Temporary Processing

QuikClip may temporarily process media files on its servers to complete a download request. Temporary processing files are intended to be removed after processing. QuikClip is not intended to function as permanent cloud storage.

6. Copyright Complaints

QuikClip respects intellectual-property rights.

Copyright owners who believe QuikClip is being used in connection with unauthorized content may contact support@verified-solutionsllc.com. Please include sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work and the relevant material or URL.

7. Availability

QuikClip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that every link will work, every media platform will remain supported, downloads will always complete, particular resolutions or formats will always be available, or the service will operate without interruption.

Third-party websites frequently change their systems, which may temporarily or permanently affect compatibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuikClip and Verified Solutions LLC are not responsible for losses arising from misuse of downloaded content, copyright disputes, unavailable or incompatible third-party media, interrupted downloads, data loss, third-party websites, or user violations of third-party platform terms.

9. Advertising

QuikClip may display advertising or sponsored content. Third-party advertisers may collect information under their own privacy policies and advertising practices.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed at any time. These Terms may also be updated. Continued use of QuikClip after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the state in which Verified Solutions LLC operates.
